Replacement of a failed retaining wall.  Waiheke seems to be a breeding ground for failed projects which may have looked effective at time of construction but have not stood the test of time due to non compliance with the building code.

Banks near house with agapanthus are limiting access to back of house and erosion is causing a hazard as soil crumbles onto existing deck. 
Our brief is to build retaining wall to complement landscape and existing deck.  The first stage is completed . . . now for the planting.
